About Donna
Hi! My name is Donna Herbel. Over the past two decades, I have been leading teams and developing hospitality managers as a Learning and Development Executive.
I discovered that many managers are secretly mentally and emotionally exhausted, and with so many challenges piling up, their confidence is eroding. I know first hand what it means to wrestle with change and uncertainty while working to meet the competing needs of the organization, employees, and customers. It opened my eyes to the need to equip leaders with methods to cultivate confidence and fearlessness in the face of adversity and change, and that is why I speak to managers and executives.
I help leaders ignite the greatness within so that they have the skills and confidence to ignite performance within their teams.
